What to expect:

You may be asking yourself, ‘What is lifestyle photography?’ For me lifestyle photography is just what it sounds like - it’s a happy medium between capturing life as it is but with some direction (style) from the photographer (me!).

Once a date is set I will send out a packet with information on styling for clothes for mom, dad and kiddos. I will suggest certain locations and times based on season and for optimal lighting. Sessions will last anywhere between 30 minutes up to an hour or so. If everyone is having fun then the session can extend beyond that. We’ll try to stick to one spot but I’ll ask you to walk around with your kids, interact and play with them after we’ve captured our posed photos. These are the photos you will likely use in holiday cards and share with family. The rest of the session is all about hanging out as a family and it’s my job to capture the sweet loving moments on film.
